Returns & Refunds
All SRT Metalworks products are custom-crafted to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing/selection once production has begun.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mitch@srtmetalworks.com. We will promptly repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
